Duty of Care - Main administration area

The main administration screen for Duty of care is shown below. To access this screen you can either click on the Duty of care link on the top menu bar or scroll down to the duty of care section on your dashboard and click on the cog icon.

The Duty of care administration screen provides a summary of all Duty of care activities - document checks (1), documents required from staff (2), documents awaiting approval (3) and (if you use the DVLA lookup service) details of your balance for DVLA checks (4).

You will also notice the cog icon on the top right. Clicking on this will give you access to the document types admin area where you can add or remove the types of documents you require from your claimants. It will also give you access the the vehicle administration area where you can check the vehicles set up on the system and carry out DVLA checks on individual vehicles if you don't have enough credit left to check all vehicles with outstanding checks required.
